COURSE DESCRIPTION

What will you learn and practice
during the 2 days?

  •  Some very cool new Tension Release Training exercises to release tension and increase range of motion that Michael has developed during the pandemic shutdown
  •  Some also very cool PUSH Mobility Training exercises for daily functions (ADL’s-Actions of Daily Life): such as walking, sitting, rising, lifting and squatting. Hobbies: hiking, gardening, cooking. Sports: backpacking, running, jumping, sports workouts.
  •  PUSH Strength Training for the upper body, lower body and the core. Learn how to build your strength from the core out. Practice using PUSH FX Progressions to build strength correctly and minimize your risk of injury.
  •  The techniques and discussion will cover everything from fundamental techniques to the newest exercises that Michael has created during this pandemic(and there are lots of them!)
  • We will practice and discuss tension release and increasing range of motion(as always), strength building, endurance and fitness training, and mobility training. AWESOME STUFF!

Some of the new exercises include:

  • Hands on Rocks – a new self-treatment technique for releasing hand tension – what’s most unique about it is, it’s part of our Tension Release Training, so you will be training while doing self-treatment and releasing tension from your hands.
  • Tornadoes – learn this dynamic(and very cool looking) whole body exercise that will strengthen your upper body, lower body and core all at the same time.
  • Horses Bow – Michael calls this the best knee stabilizing exercise he’s ever developed. Learn how to release hip and knee tension and stabilize the knee joint through this singular exercise.
  • Hamstring Squats – learn how to increase range of motion for the posterior thigh and the posterior knee.
  • Standing Extensions & Advanced Core Walking – learn the newest techniques for improving posture, balance and walking mobility.

And lots more…
